Chilean Cobalt Corp. (“C3”) is a critical minerals exploration and development company focused on the La Cobaltera project located in Chile’s historic San Juan cobalt district, one of the few primary cobalt districts known globally.
C3 has a deliberate focus on building a dynamic and sustainable business with an emphasis on applying leading environmental stewardship, social engagement, and corporate governance practices to its strategy.
La Cobaltera is a district-scale opportunity across C3’s 2,635 hectares of 100% owned and unencumbered mining property situated in the San Juan District in northern Chile (Atacama Region III), a historic mining district with numerous past-producing mines and excellent infrastructure and accessibility.
The project includes cobalt-copper oxide and sulphide resources with evidence of gold at depth across several known exploration and development targets district-wide.

COMPANY HISTORY
2023 | C3 achieved public listing in the US (OTCQB:COBA)
2022 | C3 restarted exploration and development activities at La Cobaltera.
2020 - 2022 | C3 reduced activity at La Cobaltera due to pandemic-related site accessibility interruptions, and unfavorable market conditions.
2018 - 2019 | C3 conducted the first modern exploration campaign at La Cobaltera with district-level focus. Along with C3’s independent technical consultant, SRK Consulting, C3 completed geochemical sampling, geophysical surveys, mineralogical studies, and geological mapping. Following, this C3 drilled 96 holes totaling 21,943 meters at La Cobaltera.
2018 - 2020 | C3 actively consolidated its position in the San Juan District with focus on the La Cobaltera cobalt-copper project area.
2017 | Chilean Cobalt Corp. (“C3”) was formed as a US Incorporated company.
